Club Wyndham Towers on the Grove

Had a great stay at Club Wyndham Towers with the 2-bedroom suite, and it was a perfect choice for a family trip. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and spacious, giving everyone plenty of space to relax. The kids’ activities and pool area kept the little ones entertained throughout the stay, and the staff provided consistently friendly, attentive service that made everything easy and stress-free. Overall, it was a very positive experience and would definitely be recommended for families looking for a relaxing beachfront getaway.

Our room was spacious enough to accommodate my family comfortably, and any issues we encountered were resolved promptly. When we declined the sales presentation, the staff respected our decision without pressure, which was appreciated. The beach access was absolutely perfect, making it easy to enjoy the ocean at any time. The outdoor areas were clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere. The only minor downside was the check-in process—it got a little chaotic with guests not paying attention to designated lanes, and the attendant wasn’t enforcing the flow, which made unloading more hectic than necessary. Despite that, we had an overall great experience and would consider staying again!

The location is perfect! It is located right on the beach. There was no door seal so we heard every person in the hallway. Kept me up half of the night. This really needs to be remedied. The staff were very nice. The pool was small but nice, with a lazy river. It was packed with people.

The location is great but the room smells like Indian cuisine. We opened the sliding door and turned the stove blower hoping to remove the odor but it did not. It turns out the kitchen blower is circulating in the room, the vent blows out to your face when you turn the blower. It appears that its not connected to a duct or exhaust vent. I showed this to the maintenance guy and the engineer on site but they seemed puzzled, they dont know how it was constructed or installed. I wonder if all the units are like that. It may be a building code violation.

Very beautiful hotel. The unit we stayed in was near perfect! Very clean and spacious. Our beach front view was amazing!!! The beds were a tad small but otherwise comfortable to me. The property was clean and well maintained! The pools seemed wonderful as well. It was too cold out for me to enjoy but others seem to have a ball! My one and only complaint would be the persistence of the staff to get my husband and I to do what I assume is a time share meeting! We were here celebrating our anniversary and had absolutely no intentions but to rest and relax! They called our room so many times that I took the phone off of the hook!! I understand that it maybe apart of the job but, for future reference once you give your spill and your contact information let the guests contact you if they are interested! So now other than that our stay was perfect and we'll definitely be returning!

Very nice, clean oceanfront room. Restaurants and stores are convenient. The parking deck is in walking distance, across the street from the resort.

Had a three bedroom oceanfront unit. Rooms a little small but views from floor to ceiling windows and large balcony were worth it. Finishings were very nice and clean. Staff very friendly. Check in was quick and organized.

Great hotel, condo owner, condo rental, and timeshare facility. Great location. Park and walk to restaurants, bars, grocery store, and beach shops. No driving needed. They have activities that everyone has a chance to participate in. Fire pit with chairs benches and a hammock. Grills are available. Heated pool and lazy river are clean and well used. Workout room was clean, well stocked with towels and had up to date work stations. Suggestions....dont lay in a chair for sunning when the dj gets there. We had to move but weren't asked until the station was set up...no place to move to. Don't get a poolside room, below the 10th floor, if you don't want to hear screaming kids during the day and adults at night. It is non-smoking, and they do their best, and did call the authorities, but the 10th floor reaked 3 times a day. There were several owners there with pets, one major barker, which only annoyed other pet owners/vacationers that were informed..no pets. And no...3 people I asked stated not they were their pets not service dogs. All in all, staff is great behind the counter. The timeshare staff are cordial and "doing their jobs"...all I'll say about that. We stay several times a year. Actually, our favorite timeshare location.
